StepStone is present in 18 European countries and is a co-founder of The Network, a global network linking the world’s premier jobsites. But we also offer more than just jobsites. Our software solutions under the banner of ‘Total Talent Management’ offer our customers valuable support in recruiting, administering, developing and evaluating employees throughout their career.
More than a jobsite
Our jobsite is a platform where people look for great jobs and businesses attract talented employees. Everything we do has one central goal: to create a perfect match between job seekers and companies. We are not interested in confronting our visitors with 1001 jobs; but just with the right ones. That is why we devote a lot of attention to our search engines, not to even mention the separate jobsites we have created for specific profiles.
It goes without saying that our customers can always count on us. Together with them, we work out how to reach the best candidates for their position as quickly and efficiently as possible. They can place job ads on our site but also find suitable CV’s straight away via targeted search engines. Our Total Talent Management software solutions are the brainchild of our Solutions department. We don’t like to boast, but we are proud to say they save our customers heaps of time and money.
Each element of the recruitment and retention process is supported by these solutions: from initial pre-hire attraction of candidates, through on-boarding to total talent management of employees. Which is why we don’t hide the fact that our own HR department employs the StepStone Solutions for recruiting and following up on our own employees. Stronger still: they no longer want anything else. From where we’re standing, that is the strongest possible proof that our products work!
International Recruitment
And we don’t do all this just in Belgium. Our horizons extend a lot further than that. Companies looking to recruit across the border have come to the right place with StepStone.
